END-USER LICENSE
AGREEMENT

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "You") and imaginX LLC ("Company" or "We") for the use of the virtual reality software product, including any associated media, printed materials, and online or electronic documentation (collectively, the "Software"). By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.

LICENSE GRANT

Subject to the terms and conditions of this EULA, imaginX LLC grants You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

RESTRICTIONS

You may not:

  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on the Software.
  • Copy the Software except as expressly permitted by this license.
  • Rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer the Software to any third party.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Software.
  • Use the Software for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by this EULA.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Software and all rights, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are owned by imaginX LLC and/or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall imaginX LLC be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Software.

TERMINATION

This EULA is effective until terminated by You or imaginX LLC. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from imaginX LLC if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this EULA.

GOVERNING LAW

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your jurisdiction], without regard to its conflicts of law principles.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.
By installing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this EULA and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.
